Hi to all my followers,
I had a night out at the club last night, even though I got intoxicated I still had some positives from the experience……
Here’s why:
1. I drank super low carb beer instead of my normal heavy beer.
2. I drank scotch & soda water instead of sugar filled pre-mix cans.
3. I “skipped” the traditional visit to McDonalds and ate some healthy nuts and fruit instead.
4. I drank HEAPS of water whilst drinking and afterwards, the keep hydrated, and guess what…….no headache today!
So even after a night on the alcohol, my frame of mind is still SUPER POSITIVE. I made the best choices I could and feel better for it today.
My first official weight in is in 2 days on Tuesday, I can’t wait because I KNOW I have lost some weight, I can feel it.
How much? We will see on Tuesday!
