Hi to all my followers,
I had a night out at the club last night, even though I got intoxicated I still had some positives from the experience……
Here’s why:
1. I drank super low carb beer instead of my normal heavy beer.
2. I drank scotch & soda water instead of sugar filled pre-mix cans.
3. I “skipped” the traditional visit to McDonalds and ate some healthy nuts and fruit instead.
4. I drank HEAPS of water whilst drinking and afterwards, the keep hydrated, and guess what…….no headache today!
So even after a night on the alcohol, my frame of mind...

OK, so 5 days in to my weight loss plan, I have been eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. But not so much excercise yet, don’t want to pressure my self toooo much, tacking one step at a time. I have been taking a secret ingredient since I started last Saturday ( not saying what it is yet! ) and BOY do I have a BOOST in energy……….
2 things have happened, first is I used to sleep 12 – 14 hours per day I was always exhausted. After 3 days I am now sleeping a normal 7 to 8 hours a day. So I have gained at least 4 hours per day of my life back. Second thing...
